3rd EcoQUIP+ Webinar – Stakeholder Engagement in Innovation Procurement

The third webinar in the series was entitled ‘Stakeholder Engagement in Innovation Procurement’ and focussed on the preparation stage of the innovation procurement process.  Stakeholder engagement is a key success factor in the process and we demonstrated how engaging stakeholders and end users supports the identification of a credible, outcome-based requirement.  The webinar was delivered by Gaynor Whyles, director at JERA Consulting, EcoQUIP+ consortium member and expert practitioner, with practical case studies presented by EcoQUIP+ colleagues from Poland and Italy.

The case examples presented in this webinar demonstrate that innovation procurement can be used to support the development of both goods and services and highlight the importance of stakeholder engagement in creating a firm foundation for the innovation procurement by identifying the risks, ensuring the requirements are accurately defined and understood, supporting the acceptance of new models and technologies and building trust.

On 1st October 2020, the fourth webinar on “Market Engagement in Innovation Procurement”, will be held at 13:00 (CEST).  Sign up for our Newsletter if you would like to join.

Until then why not find out more about our webinar series or watch our video of the third webinar.
